Great to meet you!

My foundation as a therapist comes from many years in traditional nature-based healing modalities and extensive study in depth psychology. I incorporate holistic tools into this work, including somatic principles, equine therapy, and eco-therapy. I love supporting people working through past trauma and stepping into a deeper sense of belonging, confidence, and wholeness. I work with diverse populations and offer sessions in both English and Spanish.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy encompasses the whole person: body, mind, spirit, community, culture, ancestors, and relationship to place. I believe in the innate wisdom within each person, and I seek to provide a safe container and gentle guidance to allow that wisdom to emerge and guide the healing journey. I work primarily with somatic, mindfulness, and parts-work modalities while also drawing on my experience in eco-therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Gain deeper understanding into your own strengths, resiliencies, and wisdom as you process past hurts and current difficulties. Connect more fully with the body, with nature, and your own inner knowing. Develop skills that will support you in daily life while also creating a deeper sense of interconnectedness and purpose. You can expect to meet in settings that match your specific needs: online, at the horse ranch, in the office, or in the forest.
