Great to meet you!

My work with clients is grounded in the belief that struggle is a universal part of the human experience. At the heart of navigating life’s challenges is a deep need for authentic connection. My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins within a strong therapeutic relationship—one marked by warmth, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence in moments of difficulty and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment philosophy honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I take an integrative approach, drawing from a range of evidenced based methods tailored to meet each client's unique needs. For those who desire it, I also offer a Christian-integrative approach to counseling, incorporating faith based perspectives into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for clients to leave our first session with a greater sense of hope. If hope feels lost right now, that’s okay—I will meet you exactly where you are while working alongside you to make hope more accessible.
