Great to meet you!

I work with women who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, perfectionism, and self-criticism – especially during times of transition. Often, it’s not just about managing symptoms, but understanding what’s going on underneath and why it keeps showing up.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Alongside that, I trained as a Reiki Master, Polarity Practitioner, and massage therapist. That combination shapes how I work – bringing a science-informed understanding of the nervous system with an awareness of how experiences show up in the body.

Over time, I’ve come to see that many of the struggles we experience aren’t flaws, but adaptations to the environments we’ve been in.

In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s coming up, so you’re not just managing symptoms – you’re starting to make sense of your patterns and relate to yourself in a different way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused on helping you understand what’s going on beneath what you’re experiencing – not just managing symptoms.

I tend to look at things from a few different angles – how your body is responding, how your experiences have shaped the way you think and react, and what starts to shift when we slow things down. Experiences that feel intuitive, symbolic, or hard to explain are welcome, and we can get curious about what they might be showing you.

Sessions may include journaling, guided reflection, body-based practices, or symbolic tools like tarot or oracle cards if they feel helpful (it's always up to you). These aren’t about prediction—they’re just another way of looking at things and noticing what stands out.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping will feel different.

We will also review informed consent, practice policies, and how therapy works so you know what to expect moving forward.
