I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience. I specialize in working with adults and the LGBTQ+ community, to help navigate career stress, relationship struggles, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I have experience working with a variety of issues, some of which include anxiety and depression.
I take an empathetic, non-judgmental, client-centered approach, combining different approaches to help clients build resilience and achieve their goals.
I believe that everyone has the strength to overcome life’s challenges, and my goal is to create a safe space, to help you uncover that inner resilience, empower you to live authentically through a compassionate and collaborative process.
