Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage your emotions or substance use? You don’t have to navigate it alone. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, I help individuals understand their patterns, heal from past experiences, and move toward lasting recovery and personal growth. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and begin to build the tools needed for real, sustainable change. Whether you’re in early recovery, facing relapse, coping with anxiety or depression, or trying to make sense of trauma, I’m here to support you

My approach to therapy

I combine evidence-based therapies—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention—with mindfulness, psychoeducation, and a personalized, client-centered style. My experience includes working with adults and teens in early recovery, dual-diagnosis clients, and those coping with trauma, grief, or mood disorders
