Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to being the one who holds things together for everyone else. I work with teens and adults who may look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are insightful and thoughtful people who want more than quick coping strategies — they want to understand themselves more deeply and experience real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe healing happens in relationships, and therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself — without pressure, judgment, or needing to have the “right” words. Together, we slow things down, make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and build new ways of relating to your emotions, your relationships, and yourself.

I integrate attachment-focused, relational, and body-aware approaches to help clients better understand how past experiences and nervous system responses influence present-day struggles. Our work may include increasing emotional awareness, reducing anxiety and overwhelm, strengthening boundaries, and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged as you move toward a life that feels more steady, connected, and authentic. In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, understanding what brings you to therapy, and beginning to clarify goals and strategies that feel meaningful and achievable for you.
