Great to meet you!

Bringing about positive change in our lives is often much harder than we would like or expect. During challenging times, we need care and support from someone who will also challenge us to reach our goals. Growth is a key aspect of being human and as a therapist, it is my role to walk with my clients and support them as they travel down the paths they have chosen while empowering them to bring about the necessary changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

By utilizing Insight-Oriented Psychotherapy I work to support my clients in accomplishing their goals by identifying and working through obstacles they encounter on their journey towards success. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Radical Acceptance as the foundation of my practice.

What you can expect from me

The goal of each therapy session is to increase self-awareness and discover the places in yourself that need healing and acceptance to facilitate growth. A client should expect to gain a better understanding of themselves, their relationships, how their past experiences have shaped them, as well as develop the skills to change old patterns of behavior. In changing these patterns, we can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and begin to heal from the traumas of our past.
