Great to meet you!

I have been a mental health therapist for 21 years and have worked with children, adolescents and adults. My experiences include working in residential treatment, a community outpatient setting and private practice. Areas of specific interest of mine are trauma and PTSD, and substance abuse.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist I use a straight-forward yet empowering approach to help people heal through methods that focus on the individual's strengths, values and goals.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to allow my clients to explore their complex issues. It is critical to promote an environment that encourages the sharing of concerns, feelings and all other issues that may be impacting one's life. Through a collaborative process, partnering with my clients to assist in exploring and processing present-day challenges or unresolved trauma is key and what is continuously strived for.
