Great to meet you!

Taking the step to begin therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’m glad you’re here. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I work with teens, adults and wise adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and the many experiences that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and together we’ll work to better understand what you’re going through, build on your strengths, and find tools that help you feel more confident and connected in your life.

What you can expect from me

We’ll always begin with an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to get out of our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin—we’ll take the time to figure it out together. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being open and vulnerable while knowing you’re safe and supported. From there, we’ll work together to identify your goals
