Great to meet you!

Many of my clients have spent years meeting expectations, keeping the peace, caring for others, or becoming who they thought they needed to be. They often come to therapy after a painful relationship, betrayal, loss, major life transition, or when something in their life simply no longer fits. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults healing from relational trauma, navigating faith and identity transitions, and reconnecting with themselves in a more authentic and meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, DBT-informed therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients process painful experiences, understand patterns, build emotional stability, and create lasting change. I don't believe therapy is about telling you who you should be or what you should believe. It's about helping you heal, trust yourself, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to slow down and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your experiences, your goals, and what feels most important to you right now. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can go together.
