After graduating from Michigan State University 20 years ago,I have grown to love working with children and adults with ADHD as well as people with all kinds of anxiety issues, and family issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and relaxed. We talk about what is going on in your life and work together to come up with a plan that will work for you in your unique situation. Sometimes that involves thinking about your thinking, being ok with taking time for yourself, or even looking at the food you put in your body. Every body is unique to me and you will be treated as the individual you are.

What you can expect from our first session

You will leave the session feeling heard, being seen, and with a plan to start feeling better.

I also offer guidance on adopting a plant based or Mediterranean diet if longevity and health is one of your goals.
