Specializes in

Infertility, Maternal Mental Health, and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

My initial clinical focus was clients in crisis, acute trauma, and alcohol/substance use, but my own motherhood experience also created a passion for holistic maternal wellness, leading to work in perinatal mental health, infertility counseling, menopause, reproductive health, life/career transitions, and integrative medicine.

Recently, I've begun working with advocates and parents in special education to help children with ADHD, ASD, behavioral issues, and gifted kids.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet clients where they're at to get them where they want to be.

We will work collaboratively with a client-centered, strengths-based approach to address the whole person as an individual, explore the mind-body connection, reframe problems, and break down barriers preventing us from achieving our goals.

I grab tools from various modalities to customize care for everyone I treat. Harm reduction, honesty, acceptance, flexibility, and creative solutions are the pillars of my practice ideology.

What you can expect from our first session

You have made the first step. I will create a space that is safe, supportive, comfortable, and warm.

My goal is to help you feel strong enough and confident enough to keep coming back, to develop a relationship built on trust and respect, where we can both learn and grow.
