Great to meet you!

I earned my education through the CUNY and have been working in private practice for the past five years. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, and other life challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach the therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to- earth. I strive to created a space where clients can feel comfortable being fully themselves without judgment. I work with people from all backgrounds and life paths and am LGBTQ+ affirming. Rather than take a distant or overly clinical approach, I engage actively in the therapeutic process with honesty, compassion, humor when appropriate, and genuine human connection. My goal is to help clients feel supported while also building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a relaxed, welcoming, and judgment-free environment during their first session. The initial appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings them to therapy, and explore any goals or concerns they may have. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I aim to make the process feel conversational, comfortable, and supportive rather than cold or clinical. Clients are encouraged to share at their own pace while we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship together.
