Great to meet you!

I am a former teacher-turned therapist, with a warm and compassionate approach to therapy. I enjoy authentically connecting with my clients and providing a nonjudgemental space for learning about yourself and exploring the parts of you that may feel broken or in need of change. I welcome my clients to be completely themselves and allow me to walk alongside them on the journey to their goals. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients and helping them navigate the challenges they face.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach that draws from multiple modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, play-based therapy, and art-based therapeutic interventions. Each person is unique, therefore your treatment will be tailored specifically to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be a time for you to share what is bringing you to therapy and for you to have the opportunity to identify your goals for our time together. I desire to have you leave your first session with a sense of ease, and that you feel safe to continue to explore the hurt parts of you together. The most important part of therapy is the relationship that we develop and that you feel safe and heard in the therapeutic space.
