Great to meet you!

As a Black, Jamaican-born psychologist who has lived in the U.S. for over 20 years, I bring a culturally responsive, LGBTQ+-affirming lens to my work. I offer warm, insight-oriented therapy for adults in Georgia and Florida.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I draw primarily from interpersonal therapy and integrate mindfulness, CBT, and DBT-informed skills when helpful. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll explore how your relationships, past experiences, and emotional patterns show up in your present life, and experiment with shifts that feel meaningful and sustainable.
