Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida International University and my undergraduate from the University of Miami and have been in the field for 12 years and a practicing clinician for 5 years. I am passionate about serving clients who are ready to create change, learning new coping tools, heal from past experiences, improve relationships, or find more confidence and peace in the daily hustle and bustle of life. Together we will work to uncover strengths, build resilience, and create practical steps towards the goals that matter most to you. My aim is to assist you in becoming the best versions of yourself while you are learning to navigate life's challenges. Ultimately, I want to make a positive impact on the lives of everyone I work with.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence based. I want you to feel heard and safe, but also leave sessions with tools you can actually use in daily life. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I'll ask you about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what feels most important for us to focus on. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
