Great to meet you!

The way you view yourself, love yourself, and believe in yourself is the roadmap for how others view you, love you, and believe in you. You have made the decision to make changes in your life, or get support through a difficult time, and I'm honored to ask the questions to help you get closer to who you want to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Specializing in helping those with chronic pain/illness, going through life transitions, or wanting to improve relationships, we will work together to create a plan to advance you towards your goals. We go at your pace, creating a space free of judgement, for you to find your voice, trust yourself, find balance, and break cycles.

What you can expect from our first session

My best therapeutic fit tends to be young adults, couples, and new parents navigating life's expected or unexpected transitions, or the transitions that don't look how they were planned to be. I meet you where you are, offering telehealth services that make therapy accessible on lunch breaks, during nap time, or from your college dorm/apartment. I look forward to getting to know you and discovering how I can best help you reach your goals.
