Laura De la Nuez

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My treatment perspective incorporates an awareness of the client unique family dynamics, and the cultural and contextual factors at play. I am a warm, compassionate clinician with extensive experience providing assessments, individual, couples and family psychotherapy to adults, children and adolescents of different backgrounds.

I conceptualize my cases integrating existential, humanistic and psychodynamically oriented approaches, and implement evidence based technically eclectic interventions.

In my practice I attempt to alleviate the client's sufferings, process their experiences, improve their capacity to live a balanced meaningful life, and be able to enjoy the process.
