Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with individuals and families. I work collaboratively with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, evidence-based, and culturally responsive. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and trauma-informed care, depending on what supports each client's healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal and mental health history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll review important information about the therapy process and any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!
