Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming, it's easy to believe things will always feel this way. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship struggles, or the weight of past experiences can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unsure where to turn next. You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin moving toward the life you want. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, women's issues, relationship concerns, family issues, and grief and loss. I work with adults and seniors because I believe healing is possible at every stage of life, and that meaningful change begins when you feel genuinely understood. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence, hope, and peace.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful changes that extend beyond our time together. Together we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that support lasting emotional wellbeing. My therapeutic approach incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I commonly help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, family concerns, trauma, stress management, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, always tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, encouraging space where you never have to face life's challenges alone. I'll meet you with compassion, honesty, and respect while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks without judgment. Whether you're working toward healing from the past, strengthening important relationships, or simply finding more joy and balance in everyday life, my hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident, more empowered, and with practical tools that continue supporting you long after therapy ends. Everyone deserves the opportunity to write a new chapter, and I'd be honored to help you begin yours.
