Great to meet you!

My style is warm and collaborative, and I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR, and I bring genuine empathy and openness to our work together. I see you as the expert on your own life, and I’ll partner with you to build on your strengths so you can create more meaning and balance. I often work with people navigating stress, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

As a queer-identified therapist, I understand how hard it can be when parts of who you are don’t seem to ‘fit’ in the world around you. In our work together, my priority is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can show up fully as yourself. I especially enjoy working with people who are highly sensitive, LGBTQ+, or navigating life as part of a marginalized community. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in your own life.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel supported while also learning practical tools to move forward. We’ll set meaningful goals together, work on shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and build habits that support your growth. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, so you’ll have a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood as you gain clarity and confidence in your life.
