Laura Ellison-Hutchinson

Hi, I’m Laura and my superpower is helping teens and young adults heal from trauma and find connection with themselves and others. I experienced trauma growing up and know firsthand how it impacts the whole body. Healing is possible. I have helped hundreds of adolescents heal from trauma, regain belief in themselves and experience less panic.

I believe every person has the ability to renegotiate their trauma and grow. I use humor and compassion to help teens tap into their own strengths so they can be more confident, get better sleep, worry less and reconnect with family and friends.

My clients feel supported and heard and leave sessions with tools that they can use to help lower anxiety and panic, improve their sleep and manage their emotions in a healthier way. Especially important is the renewed connection each client will have with their body and the understanding that our body holds the key to renegotiating trauma.
