Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and young adults navigate anxiety and life transitions. I take a neurodivergent-affirming approach, focusing on understanding your unique way of thinking and experiencing the world, and building strategies that align with your strengths. I also support individuals working through emotional dysregulation, binge eating behaviors, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques. I’m trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporate practical, skills-based tools to help clients manage intense emotions, increase distress tolerance, and strengthen relationships.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as calm, straightforward, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported, while also being gently challenged to grow in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about building a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with what matters most to you.
