My name is Laura and I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have worked with children as young as 5 through adulthood to age 85. I opened my practice in 2020 and have enjoyed being a therapist more than I thought I would. I have a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.

My approach to therapy

I look at therapy as I am on the journey with my client to heal or find understanding. Together we will figure things out and be able to process the pain to move forward.
