Great to meet you!

So glad you're here!!

I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 11 years and think that taking that first step to seeking help is the bravest one to take.

I work with high-functioning teens and adults who are navigating stress, pressure, and life transitions. Whether it’s school, work, relationships, or just the weight of everything, therapy can help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and start feeling more in control.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct but warm. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you understand patterns, challenge what’s not working, and build practical skills to manage anxiety, mood, and emotional reactions. We’ll focus on insight and real change, not just getting through the week.

What you can expect from me

I think an introductory session is the most important one. This is how we learn if we are the right fit for each other! We will work together to identify your goals and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic experience. We'll figure out the best way forward one step at a time.
