Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Westfield, NJ, with a practice that blends individual therapy, couples work, and executive coaching. My approach draws on both clinical training and coaching credentials, which means I can hold space for deep emotional work while also helping clients move toward concrete goals — whether that's healing from anxiety, navigating a relationship, or figuring out what's next in their career or life. I specialize in working with high-achieving women who look put-together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside — the ones juggling career, family, and self-worth, often for the first time asking "what do I actually need?" My style is warm but direct: I won't just nod along, I'll name what I'm noticing and challenge you to look at it. If you're ready to stop just managing and start actually feeling better, I'd love to work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends clinical depth with a coaching mindset — I don't just help you understand why you feel stuck, I help you actually move. Sessions are warm but direct: I'll reflect what I'm noticing, even when it's uncomfortable, because real change usually starts with someone naming the thing you've been avoiding. I draw on your history and patterns when they're relevant, but I'm not interested in keeping you circling the past — the goal is always to connect insight to action. Whether we're working through anxiety, a relationship dynamic, or a bigger question about who you're becoming, expect to leave sessions with something to actually sit with or try, not just talk about.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is understanding you — not just the problem that brought you in, but the fuller picture of your life, history, and what "better" would actually look like for you. Expect me to ask direct questions, some of which might surprise you, because I'd rather get an honest read early than spend months circling the surface. We'll also talk logistics — what therapy with me looks like, how often we'll meet, and what you can expect from the process — so you leave with a clear sense of the path forward, not just a good conversation. You won't get a canned intake form experience; you'll get a real conversation that already starts pointing toward what we'd actually work on together.
