Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a PhD in psychology, focused on using dialogue and healthy relationships to help people learn and heal from difficult experiences. With 15+ years experience, I bring a sense of gentleness and confidence to my work.

My approach to therapy

Talk Feel Do Connect is the name of my practice. The starting point can vary, but it always involves some combination of putting thoughts into words, learning to understand and accept our feelings as they are, trying new things to help you feel better, and learning from our experiences together. It is a simple yet powerful process- Talk Feel Do Connect.

What you can expect from me

People often come to therapy feeling like life is a knotted, tangled mess. Therapy helps bring order to the chaos, a sense of coherence. In our first session, I'll ask questions, listen, make space for your questions, and together we'll start to sort things out.
