Great to meet you!

Coping with emotional and physical pain from past traumas, anxiety, depression, borderline, bipolar, adhd, etc., requires intentional therapeutic skill-building. You are in control of your story, that is how you have inherently survived until now. But what if I told you, through our work together, you can do more than just survive. It won't be easy, sometimes we will laugh, sometimes it will get deep, and yes there may be tears. However, at the end of our time together you will have the tools and skills to emotionally regulate, communicate healthily, cope with negative thoughts, and live life more fully in the present moment.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic perspective in humanistic and holistic wellness and integrative interventions from evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive (CBT) and Dialectical (DBT) behavioral therapies, attachment-based theory, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, TF-CBT, Maslow’s Hierarchy while incorporating trauma-informed care and multicultural awareness.

What you can expect from me

Each client has a unique story with seeds of healing built within. I am here to walk your journey with you while providing insight into what makes you who you are and providing tools for growth when life may be great and when it may not. I believe therapy is a place of compassion, warmth, acceptance, and authenticity. It would be an honor to hear your story.
