Great to meet you!

Approach

I draw from several evidence-based approaches and will tailor therapy to your individual needs.

Specialties

  • Young adults navigating school, career choices, relationships, and identity
  • Adults managing stress, anxiety, depression, or grief
  • Caregivers and healthcare workers coping with burnout and compassion fatigue
  • Individuals living with chronic or terminal illnesses that affect quality of life
  • Individuals hoping to work on a stronger mind-body connection
  • Older adults facing life transitions and meaning-making in later years

Focus of Care

My practice centers on stress management, building self-awareness, and promoting resilience. I take a holistic view of well-being — integrating mental, emotional, physical and relational health — to help people feel grounded and supported in every stage of life.

Who I Work With

I work with adults (18+) from all backgrounds and life stories. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a space that is inclusive and compassionate. I also offer an income based sliding scale fee for those not using insurance. Please message me to inquire.

You deserve a space where you can be fully yourself — seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert of your own life. I do bring expertise in mental health care. But you already have what you need. Sometimes you just need a compass to help show you the way.

What you can expect from me

During the first appointment, we you can expect a supportive, confidential space to discuss your concerns, history, and goals for treatment. The session focuses on understanding your current needs and collaboratively developing an initial plan for how we will work together. We are also getting to know each other to see if it feels like a good fit. If it feels like a bad fit, I'm happy to discuss ways to look for a therapist who might be a better fit for you.
