Great to meet you!

I work with adults of all ages who are navigating stress, life transitions, identity, and meaning. I especially support young adults figuring out school, career, and relationships, caregivers and healthcare workers facing burnout, people living with chronic or terminal illness, those seeking a stronger mind body connection, and older adults making sense of later life. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome adults from all backgrounds and life stories.

My approach to therapy

My practice centers on stress management, building self awareness, and strengthening resilience. I draw from several evidence based approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs. I take a holistic view of well being that integrates your mental, emotional, physical, and relational health. Together, we will focus on helping you feel more grounded, clearer about what you want, and better able to care for yourself at every stage of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, confidential space to share your concerns, history, and hopes for therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I bring my mental health expertise to help you access the strengths you already have. We will explore what is bringing you in now, clarify your goals, and begin a plan that feels manageable. If it does not feel like the right fit, I am glad to help you think about finding a therapist who may be a better match.
