Great to meet you!

When stress, relationships or just life stir up intense or confusing emotions, it can feel like you’re lost in a storm without a compass. My passion and my specialt is helping adults decode those feelings and steer toward calmer waters. Whether you’re living with a personality disorder, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I offer evidence-based guidance wrapped in unconditional acceptance.

I came to counseling after a career in retail management, driven by the belief that we can all be healthier and happier than we are today. Emotional attunement and feeling understood are essential for healing; I’m honored to provide both as we work toward the version of you that feels balanced, resilient, and authentically you.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me the difference they notice right away: I create a space where curiosity, kindness, and self-compassion replace judgment and shame. My goal is for you to look at yourself through that gentler lens and to carry it into every part of your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, you can expect to feel truly seen and safe. Together we’ll stabilize the most distressing symptoms first, so you have the breathing room to explore deeper patterns of your behavior and choices. These patterns reveal truth about where our work lies. Once stabilized, I’ll empower you with practical education about how the brain and body respond to stress, teaching you tools to regulate your emotions in real time, and helping to reframe your mindset to help you achieve your therapy goals.
