Great to meet you!

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted while working toward greater emotional, psychological, and relational well-being. Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, I help individuals and couples better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of navigating life and relationships.

Therapy with me is personalized to who you are and what matters most to you. Together, we can explore your experiences, strengths, values, and—when desired—your faith as meaningful parts of the therapeutic process. I am privileged to offer a faith-based approach for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into treatment, while always honoring each person’s individual values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each person or couple. I believe therapy should go beyond simply talking about problems—it should help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process difficult emotions and experiences, and develop healthier ways of thinking, responding, and relating to others.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe being honest about what you are experiencing. Together, we will identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and work toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

When desired, I also welcome the integration of faith and personal values into the therapeutic process. My goal is not to tell you what to think or how to live, but to help you gain greater insight, confidence, emotional well-being, and healthier connections with yourself and the people who matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what you’ve been experiencing, identify the areas of your life you’d most like to see change, and begin developing meaningful and realistic goals for therapy. You can expect a collaborative approach—one where you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in the process. My goal is for you to leave your first session with a greater sense of clarity, hope, and an understanding of how we can move forward together.
