Hello,
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate healing and personal growth. My background began in substance use treatment, and over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. I received my degree from Boston College with a focus on mental health treatment, and I bring specialized training in EMDR, IFS, and DBT to my practice. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can build resilience and find deeper self-understanding.
In my practice, I strive to be inquisitive, supportive, and grounded in strong clinical expertise. I view therapy as a collaborative process where curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based strategies come together to support meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their experiences, develop new insights, and build effective tools for managing symptoms and improving overall well-being.
Our first session is a space for us to start getting to know each other and to explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll take time to learn about your experiences, your strengths, and what you hope to work toward. Together, we’ll begin shaping your goals and discuss how therapy can best support your needs. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of direction for the work ahead.
