Great to meet you!

If you're a parent feeling overwhelmed by your child's behavior, struggling with substance use, or navigating a difficult life transition, you're not alone. Many people feel isolated in their struggles before reaching out for help. Therapy is a space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing without judgment—and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children and adolescents of all ages, parents seeking guidance on developmental stages and effective parenting strategies, and adults and teens working through substance abuse challenges. With years of experience in the public school system and diverse clinical settings, I bring a practical, real-world understanding to our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you'll be respected, feel safe, and be gently challenged to grow. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—no judgment, no agenda except understanding you and supporting your goals. I often take off the "therapist hat" and speak to you as one human to another, sometimes sharing my own experiences when it helps you feel less alone. Mental health exists on a spectrum that ebbs and flows throughout life. There are times when we all need additional help and guidance, and that's completely normal. You don't have to endure suffering when support is available.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me walking on the beach, reading, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

If this resonates with you, I'd be honored to support you on your journey. Reach out today to schedule your first session.
