Laura Fabiola Gutierrez Duarte. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University, Los Angeles. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) and have extensive experience working with the Latino community. I have worked in multiple settings with a range of clients and gained over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-harm, ADHD, and autism.

I like to bring new and creative approaches when working with clients in efforts of creating the best possible outcome. I am a client-centered therapist who collaborates with her clients in processing and exploring life experiences together as well as involving them in treatment plan development. I meet clients where they find themselves in their current journey and tailor treatment to meet their unique needs. I use a narrative treatment approach as well as incorporate CBT and DBT concepts. I am in the process of finishing a DBT certification.

As a mental health professional, it is my goal to provide a safe environment where others feel empowered, supported, and safe throughout the sharing of their stories.
