
I work with women who are seeking hope and support as they navigate the impact of trauma, attachment wounds, isolation, and somatic disconnection. I utilize an integrative approach using a combination of EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, and experiential work to help you find safety and grounding in your life. This creates lasting change that moves you out of survival mode and overthinking the “what ifs?” into a life connected with meaning and purpose.
My approach is collaborative built on a foundation of compassion, curiosity, and a belief that everyone has the innate capacity to heal. Together we’ll uncover the parts of yourself that have been holding onto pain from the past, challenge beliefs that no longer serve you, and identify barriers that are keeping you stuck.
I know how hard it can be to open up and share the most vulnerable parts of yourself with others. Maybe you've had the experience of trying to talk to friends about how you’re really feeling, only to be told that you’re “too sensitive” or “too much.” Please know I'll be there to support you every step of the way, with honesty, openness, and no judgment.
