Great to meet you!

I am psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and select adults navigating concerns such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ folks, and young people who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or discouraged by challenges that are affecting school, work, relationships, or daily life.

My approach to therapy

I view my practice as a partnership between my patients and me. Patients share their experiences, concerns, and goals. In turn, I provide compassion, clinical insight, evidence-based treatment options, and guidance to help them make informed decisions that align with their goals and values.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, I'll review your mental/physical health history, current and past medications, family health history, and current symptoms. I will assess your anxiety, ADHD symptoms, depression, or other concerns, and how they are impacting your life. We'll discuss my initial impressions and options for moving forward, which may include medication or therapy recommendations, lifestyle considerations, labs, records review, and/or follow-up planning. My goal is for you to leave the first appointment feeling heard and with a clearer understanding of the next steps in your care.
