I encourage an open and explorative mindset as we learn how thoughts, feelings and actions work together. Mindfulness practices to build self awareness are an integral part of each session, as the client learns how to relate to thoughts and feelings with greater empowerment and effectiveness.
My clients will learn skills to relate to their thoughts and feelings more effectively, get clear on their personal values and goals, and increase in confidence and capacity to create the life they want.
