Great to meet you!

Are you an 18+ adult who feels sad, anxious, moody, irritable, & can't sleep? Overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unfocused?

Are you a new or expecting mom who struggles emotionally & physically? Do you worry your mental health is affecting your pregnancy, baby, or milk supply?

Do you have PPMD symptoms, but feel intense pressure from family or partner to 'suck it up' and deal with it unmedicated? Or feel guilt from family (or social media 'mom-shaming') for taking meds? We know these choices aren’t easy, so we’re here to navigate them with you.

At Sonoran Sol, we know it's hard to reach out and call when you feel your worst, so we offer a non-urgent Textline: (704)SOL-CARE.

My approach to therapy

At Sonoran Sol, we offer integrative psychiatry (therapy, Rx medication management, and/or holistic nutraceuticals).

During the first few sessions, we focus on getting to know you, your goals, & needs. Together, we create a treatment plan as unique as you! From flexible, unrushed sessions to our non-judgmental providers...we are truly interested in YOU.

To schedule a consult call, text us on our non-urgent Textline (704)765-2273.

What you can expect from me

You'll meet your NP and review policies, then discuss past/current functioning at school, work, social/leisure, & family settings. We review health history of you & family, then check your med list & vitals. Finally, we discuss your goals, match them to a variety of integrative services we offer, and create a treatment plan.

Most clients tell us they feel better after the very first session. Between sessions, it's easy to communicate through our non-urgent Textline.
