Great to meet you!

Welcome! I provide virtual psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, body image and eating concerns, and self-esteem issues. In addition, I specialize in women's health concerns, including pregnancy and postpartum concerns, fertility challenges, birth-related trauma and loss, endometriosis, and beyond.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through my work as a psychologist, I have witnessed how transformative the non-judgmental space of therapy can be for healing painful emotions and navigating life's ups and downs. I understand how difficult it can be to open up about your personal experiences, and trust that you will be received with warmth and understanding. This is precisely my aim - to ensure that you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work toward your therapy goals together.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are in need of support, I encourage you to reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation. I currently offer virtual psychotherapy for individuals in NJ and NY, and am available for daytime, afternoon, and early evening appointments.
