Great to meet you!

We all share a common desire to be acknowledged & understood while seeking a sense of wholeness. These yearnings are fundamental to the human condition. Therapy provides an opportunity for me to collaborate with you. I've encountered a diverse range of individuals & situations, enabling me to forge therapeutic bonds with both individuals & families. I maintain a non-judgmental & strength-focused approach, ensuring a secure space during our therapy sessions.

My approach to therapy

With 25 years of experience across educational institutions, medical facilities, and a non-profit family therapy agency, my focus has predominantly been on marginalized families who have faced trauma. I have also worked extensively with issues such as anxiety and depression in private practice settings.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are collaborative and client focused. Together we will create a plan of care that meets your personal history and future goals.

If you've encountered grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, or depression, I draw upon my experiences and expertise to assist you in finding peace.
