Great to meet you!

Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, managing the emotional impact of a chronic illness, healing from past experiences, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, I strive to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore life's challenges at your own pace. I specialize in working with adults experiencing grief and bereavement, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, chronic health conditions, and major life transitions.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, working out, and reading psychological thrillers!

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and person-centered, recognizing that emotional well-being is closely connected to your relationships, physical health, life experiences, and environment. Together, we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you navigate difficult emotions and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with - we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
