Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master's degree with an emphasis in counseling in psychology from California Lutheran University in 2019. Since then, I have worked with children in the public schools and private practice, serving children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is holistic, integrative, and strength-based. Creativity and humor are always welcome in my practice. In addition, I utilize various effective evidence-based approaches based on individual needs and preferences, including narrative, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy.

What you can expect from me

The best therapeutic relationship is when the therapist can make you feel less anxious and vulnerable. That is when you can look at your past, present, or future struggles and worries and make changes to live a more peaceful and fulling life.

Through our work together, my goal is to empower you. You will learn how to embrace the complications of daily living to create an intentional and purpose-filled life.
