Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist specializing in maternal mental health. Perhaps you had your first baby and find yourself overwhelmed with the transition of taking care of a newborn. Or maybe you are a mom of 3 and find yourself feeling depressed and anxious. From my clinical experience spanning over a decade, as well as my personal experience as a mom, I can help you gain tools to manage your emotions and get stronger as a mom.

My approach to therapy

Beginning with your first session, you can expect to feel seen and heard. So often, we can wonder—is anyone even listening to me? I will listen to your story, grieve your losses and pain with you, and champion you as you bravely heal. I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy as needed if we uncover thought patterns keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to walk away from sessions both feeling heard and having a new sense of direction for moving forward. I am solution focused and trauma informed, which will help you understand what’s going on as well as how to move forward and rewire your neural pathways to create lasting change.
