Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Texas native and completed by education at The University of Texas at Tyler with a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, with a sub- specialization in Neuropsychology. specialize in anxiety, clients who identify as LQBTQ+, spirituality, and women's issues. I have an extensive background working with kids and teens and am happy to work with parents and families.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic, evidence-based approach and primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy teaching all of the most effective techniques I have learned over the years, so that all of my clients feel like they are leaving with more knowledge and control over their lives.

What you can expect from me

The first element I want everyone to leave with is a sense of hope about the future. Clients should leave feeling proud of themselves for taking charge of their mental health.
