A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is trauma informed with an attachment lens and a bent toward Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I love equipping clients with concrete tools to regulate their nervous systems, insights into why they may respond the way they do and a path forward focused on the goals they set for therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will leave sessions with a better understanding of themselves, themes to contemplate and often a small "experiment" to try out in the week between sessions.
