Great to meet you!

I am very passionate providing a professional relationship that empowers individuals to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, & career goals. I see counseling as a process in which we build trust with one another so we can work as a team to explore and define present problem situations to develop goals for an improved life. Presently, I love to work with individuals pursuing a greater understanding of how their past experiences effect current relationships. I especially love working with women trying to become mothers or being mothers in our complex world.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an Attachment and Internal Family Systems approach to traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and grief, perinatal and postnatal mood changes, relationship/attachment issues, LGBTQ issues, parent-child relationship conflict, and Adjustment strain to life changes (ie, marriage, career, parenting, ageing etc.)

A bit about my approach to therapy

I prefer a style that feels conversational and relaxed. I like to say that we start in the shallow end and build up to swim in the deep end!
