Great to meet you!

Life is messy. The unexpected happens with surprising frequency and catches us off guard. We can get "hooked" into solutions that cause new problems, our history catches up with us, or traps us and we get stuck - or worse, hopeless. Clinical words like depression, anxiety, trauma are helpful labels and assist in understanding, but insight isn't the same as change. Generally people don't just suddenly find themselves in a jam. They have a history and baggage and beliefs that helped them get there.

Understanding your story and the lessons you took from it can help find ways to get unstuck and proceed in a new and better direction.

My approach to therapy

I've trained and worked in many areas and have a lot of tools and knowledge of therapy schools, but think I help my clients most by showing up fully, listening and helping people find their own better answers within themselves and overcoming the obstacles to living more fully.

What you can expect from me

A different/better relationship with themselves and their lives and the people around them, A better connection with their own wisdom. Strength and softness compatibly coexisting.
