Great to meet you!

I left my first career after a decade to retrain as a mental health counselor. I was successful, but unhappy and unfulfilled. I believed I would have passion for this work and could make a difference in people's lives. Decades later, I am still passionate about the work and making a difference in even more difficult times.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I've trained and worked in many areas and have a lot of tools and knowledge of therapy schools, but think I help my clients most by showing up fully, listening and helping people find their own better answers within themselves and overcoming the obstacles to living more fully.

What you can expect from our first session

A different/better relationship with themselves and their lives and the people around them, A better connection with their own wisdom. Strength and softness compatibly coexisting.
