Great to meet you!

Hope and progress... that’s my desire for everyone that talks with me. I have been in private practice over 21 years, and I strive to foster a supportive, trusting, and caring relationship with my clients. It is my sincere desire to help clients heal and learn how to deal with life’s struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to create a supportive and non-judgmental partnership to help my clients discover their strengths and inner resources. I take a cognitive behavioral approach and engage my clients on a very personal level to understand their unique backgrounds, difficulties and expectations for therapy. We work together to identify possible self-defeating thought patterns or unconscious defenses that might be getting in the way of their natural capacity for satisfaction in all areas of life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Together, we will work on positive change.
