Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with many years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I provide individual, family and couples therapy.

Life will bring challenges, however I believe therapy can ease suffering and help connect us to the best version of ourselves. My work and experience have been with treating those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, poor self-image and co-dependency.

My approach to therapy

Beginning therapy is a big step to take. My eclectic approach utilizes techniques from many different schools of thought. I use psycho-education, schema focused therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, DBT, and psycho-dynamic therapy.

What you can expect from me

I always start therapy with an introduction. It is important that clients feel comfortable with who they are working with. My primary goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can share.
