Great to meet you!

Everyone needs help sometimes, not because they are broken, but because life can become too heavy to sort through alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes every person should have access to support that helps them rise to new challenges, cope with loss, manage the ups and downs of mood, and better understand who they are. I work with adults navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, life transitions, relationship issues, PTSD, trauma and the feeling of being stuck or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported while we make sense of what you are carrying and create a path toward living your best life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I have over 5 years of experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and other approaches to meet you where you are. In session, this may look like identifying thought patterns that contribute to anxiety or depression, exploring how past experiences or losses continue to affect the present, noticing emotions as they show up in real time, and building practical coping tools for daily life. I have particular training and experience helping people work through loss and the surprising ways grief can impact mood, relationships, identity, motivation, and sense of direction. I believe therapy should help you see your concerns in new ways while also giving you a plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and connected to your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin exploring what is on your mind. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will change through our work together. Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or questions about who you are and what you want next, we will begin by understanding your experience with care and curiosity. I will help you look at your concerns from new angles, identify meaningful goals, and begin creating a plan together so therapy feels focused, supportive, and useful from the start.
